As time passes, circumstances change. Doors close, but it’s ok because there is always another open door waiting. And in the midst of every change, we can take courage and have joy in knowing that God does not change. His word doesn’t change. And the mission of those called according to His purpose doesn’t change either. Teresa and I are blessed to give thanks and praise and glory to God for his increase so far this year. We’ve seen people fed and clothed. We’ve seen people healed through prayer. But mostly we’ve seen souls saved and lives begin to change by grace, through faith. A man named Dietrich Bonhoeffer once said, “there is nothing to do but the saving of souls”. (I’ve probably way overused that quote) And we are still excited To see that work continue here in the Philippines. We are grateful for the men, women, and Mission Churches we’ve partnered with in the past, and we pray for their continued blessings and growth. But now, let’s move on into “deeper waters”.
